Yesterday I shared with you a list of my favorite slow cooker recipes that I have recreated in my own kitchen and have helped me have healthy dinner choices that work with my busy schedule. Remember one of my 2018 goals is to “Make the right thing to eat the easiest thing to eat” every day. Another kitchen tool that also helps me keep on track is the Instant Pot. I was able to purchase one of these magical devices on Black Friday last year. I now regret not buying another for the deal I got!
My Facebook feeds have been filled with other happy busy moms that were gifted their own magical pot of cooking fun. Many are just as overwhelmed as I was when I first opened the box. I want to help my fellow insta-moms be as successful with their instant pot as I have become. Once you get the hang of the basic features this kitchen gadget becomes a game changer in the kitchen. Even Dad on the Run (who was very skeptical of just another thing to sit on the kitchen counter) loves everything that I have made. From perfect hard boiled eggs to restaurant quality short ribs, I have not been disappointed with anything that I have made. Here is the first of many healthy recipes that I have created and want to share with you.
