Go Dairy Free- Alisa has great resources for anyone who wants to go dairy-free. She even has a 10-day challenge and recipes.

Great Food Finds:

Coconut Secrets Coconut Aminos- Great soy free substitute for soy sauce. I love making fried rice and this makes my recipe even better.

Earth Balance Soy Free Buttery Spread- Only spread on the market (that I can find)

Enjoy Life Foods- My husband and I LOVE the chocolate bars. They also have allergy friendly chocolate chips that make a great topping on banana soft serve.

Rudi’s Gluten Free Bread Products- Great breads, rolls, and that are Dairy, Soy, and Gluten Free.

So Delicious Coconut Products- The coconut milk coffee creamer as allowed me to enjoy my decaf coffee beverages. The French Vanilla flavor is our favorite. The ice cream selection is also delicious but a lot of them contain soy, so read the labels carefully if you are soy-free as well.

Udi’s Gluten Free Bakery Products- Delicious Blueberry muffins and Pizza Crust. They have other great products but those are the 2 I have enjoyed the most.
