Aldi's, polenta fries
I have made a conscious effort as of late to use everything I buy. I had bought a tube of Polenta in one of my shopping trips in the last month and it was about to expire. Hmmm….what to do with this tube of yummy goodness? POLENTA FRIES!
Warning: I don’t have a ton of photos of this process!!

The Seals Family Review:
Mom- I like them! Great HEALTHY alternative to French Fries.
Dad- These are actually pretty good!
Aldi’s has some great products and you cannot beat the price. For all the food pictured above I spent $15.29.
If you have never been to an Aldi’s, check it out. You would be surprised by all the bargins inside!
